Dahlia Sales Policy

SHIPPING is flat rate which is calculated in checkout:

  • 1-3 tubers — $11

  • 3-25 tubers — $19

  • 25+ tubers — $25.

You will receive a notification via email once your tubers have shipped in early April. We will ship orders in the order in which we receive them.

LOCAL PICKUP available at two locations:

  • April 13th from 7am to noon at the Carrboro Farmers Market. Our booth is located next to the playground

  • April 27 from 8am to 5pm on farm. Our address is 3116 Carr Store Rd, Cedar Grove NC. Sometimes GPS takes you to our neighbor’s driveway. Do not turn down Walker Twin Ln! Turn at the black mailbox with 3116 on the side. Drive past the house and through the gate to the grey metal packshed.

WAITLIST AVAILABLE Is a tuber you want out of stock? Enter your email on that variety’s product page to be placed on a waitlist. We will be restocking our inventory in mid-April, and you will be notified via email when that variety comes available.

QUALITY is of the utmost importance to us. Every tuber shipped has at least one viable eye. We ensure that the variety of tuber you order is the variety, however you may experience a slight variation in color from the photos on our website depending on growing conditions. We have done everything we can to ensure that your tubers are disease and virus-free, but we cannot guarantee that your plants will remain disease and virus free. Please note that we sell individual tubers, not whole tuber clumps.

WHEN YOU GET YOUR TUBERS Store your tubers in the packaging in which you receive them in a cool dark place in your home, checking them occasionally for excess moisture or rot. The eyes can sprout while the tubers are in storage. If an eye sprouts and that sprout breaks off, the tuber is still viable and can be planted.

We can offer a full REFUND within seven days of receiving. If your package is damaged when you receive it, please let us know ASAP.
